OUR STORY
In the enchanting world of Lynne Carter Atelier, every stitch tells a story of romance, beauty, and luxury. From a childhood adorned with new dresses on every holiday, Lynne's love for dressing up ignited a passion for fashion that would later become the soulful decor of her life. With an eye for mesmerizing artistry, she honed her skills in the design ateliers, drawing inspiration from masters like Alexander McQueen and Charles James.

A distinguished alum of FIDM's Fashion Design program, Lynne cultivated her expertise with rigorous discipline at St. John, perfected her craft at Monique Lhuillier, delved into abstract draping at Halston, and immersed herself in the world of luxury at August Getty Couture. In 2015, she founded a design and development company in Los Angeles, creating a haven for skilled artisans to craft couture masterpieces.

Lynne's journey led to the creation of her signature bridal collection within the thriving atelier. Lynne Carter Atelier redefines luxury bridal wear, combining imported laces and the finest silks with corsetry mastery. The collection showcases delicate handcrafted florals, embellishments, and new silhouettes featuring flounces and peplums. The spotlight, however, remains on delicate sparkle, with separates paving the way for a future size-inclusive collection.

Beyond quality and technique, Lynne is on a mission to redefine beauty standards. Embracing size inclusivity, Lynne Carter Atelier believes that size is just a number, and the focus should be on dressing the person, not just the size. The atelier's nurturing environment fosters talent, allowing employees to grow within the couture realm while creating respectful spaces.

As Lynne embarks on her journey to construct garments that tell tales of love, her bridal collection stands as a testament to the fusion of technique, craftsmanship, and the belief that every individual deserves to shine on their special day.
